Samuel Adam Hoffner

Founder & Managing Partner

Sam Hoffner is an operations and technology executive known for bridging complex systems with human-centered design. He has led enterprise operations for multi-billion-dollar organizations, implemented AI-enabled communication platforms, and advised public and private institutions on resilience, safety, and growth.

Sam’s leadership career includes roles as Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, and Vice President of Operations across education, telecommunications, healthcare, and public safety. His work has helped companies modernize infrastructure, optimize processes, and align leadership teams toward measurable growth.

He serves on the Advisory Board of Make Our Schools Safe, is a Team Lead & Trainer for Community Security Services, and is a graduate of the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University).
